In accordance with the Money Laundering Act, we have to determine the identity of our clients when they contact us. Before we enter into a business relation, we, therefore, ask for personal contact information (full name, address, date of birth, place of birth, nationality) via a copy of the ID or passport. For companies and legal entities, we require an extract from the Commercial Register.
Information on online dispute resolution
The EU Commission has established an Internet platform for the online resolution of disputes (hereinafter referred to as: “ODR platform”). The ODR platform is the first point of contact for the extra-judicial settlement of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online service contracts.
