Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter, e-mail or via the online withdrawal form provided on this website).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

After submitting the form, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, if any, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Early Commencement of Brokerage Services

You may request that Bendzko Immobilien Vermittlung GmbH begins providing brokerage services before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you expressly request that brokerage services commence during the withdrawal period and the service is fully performed before you exercise your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal shall expire upon full performance of the contract.

If the service has commenced during the withdrawal period at your express request and you subsequently withdraw from the contract, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal.
