No. As soon as you commission us with the rental, we take care of the professional presentation of your property on all relevant portals. You don’t have to worry about anything.
Can I commission only part of the rental process?
Yes, that is exactly our concept. You can choose individual modules – for example, just the creation of the exposé, conducting viewings, or managing the rental contract. This way, you retain full control over costs.
What if I already have photos or an exposé?

Via our online form, you can enter all relevant property details – location, size, features, energy information, etc. This only takes a few minutes. Afterwards, we will advise you on the next steps.

How does the viewing process work?

Yes, upon request, we prepare a legally secure rental contract and coordinate the contract documents with both parties.
Does Bendzko also handle the property handover?
